Noramul POD conc is a specializedfatty amine derivatives for the washing off of polyamide fabrics printed withacid dyes . Is highly effective improve the washing and anti-staining of whiteground printed fabrics.

應(yīng)用Application
NORAMULPOD 的用量依據(jù)織物組成及機(jī)器類型,一般推薦一下工藝以達(dá)到良好的白地防沾效果及確保糊料的去除;在弱堿條件下,防沾效果更佳.
Theoptimu quantity of NORAMUL POD will depend upon the fabric and types ofmachinery involved. To get good anti-staining effect and ensures completeremoval of thickening agents,the general process as bellow is recommend.
1. 冷水加入1-2 g/l NORAMUL POD 、1 g/l 純堿 運(yùn)行6-10分鐘。
Add1-2 g/l NORAMUL POD , 1 g/l soda ash in cold bath ,Run 6-10 minutes.
2. 冷水加入1-2 g/l NORAMUL POD 、1 g/l 純堿 ，升溫至40℃左右運(yùn)行20分鐘。
Add1-2 g/l NORAMUL POD , 1 g/l soda ash in cold bath ,Raise to 40℃ ,run 20 minutes.
為提高印花織物的濕牢度，后處理過(guò)程中結(jié)合NYLONFIX PNR 一起使用可大大改善水洗牢度（即進(jìn)一步用PNR固色）；若后處理過(guò)程中與耐氯固色劑NORATEX CW 一起使用可提高耐氯水牢度。
Further improvement in wash fastness can be achieved by post treatmentof using NYLONFIX PNR .Improvement in chlorine water fastness can be achievedby post treatment of using NORATEX CW.
