NORAMUL AOP是一支高濃高效不含APEO的除油劑，可很好的分散乳化各種油脂、蠟質(zhì)、紡絲硅油及礦物油等，特別適合含拉架織物的硅油去除，能防止油污再次反沾織物。
NORAMUL AOP is a
highly concentrated, high efficiency, APEO free oil remover. It emulsifies
& disperses grease，silicone oil and mineral oil spin finishes. It is especially
suitable for spandex blended fabric. It will help to prevent oil re-deposition
on the fabric.

應(yīng)用Application
NORAMUL AOP 的用量取決于織物的處理過程和應(yīng)用方法及織物上油漬的成分及含量。
The dosage of NORAMUL AOP is based on process application as well as
impurities content of fabric (e.g. oil content and composition).
建議如下Recommended
非連續(xù)一步工藝（如噴射染色、溢流染色；浴比1:10至1:15）
Batch Process (jig dyeing, overflow dyeing, bath ratio 1:10
to 1:15)
●于50-60℃ 加入/Add at 50-60℃
0.5-3 g/l NORAMUL AOP (用量視織物的油污程度而加減dosage is depended on oil content)
1.0g/l純堿 soda ash
●升溫至80℃（1.5℃/min）,處理15-20分鐘
Heat up to 80℃（1.5℃/min）,run for
15-20mins
●熱水洗60-70℃，溫水洗40-50℃，冷水洗（室溫）。
Wash at 60-70℃,wash at 40-50℃,wash at room temperature.
連續(xù)式工藝：Continuous
Process
●第一槽 第二槽 1-3g/l NORAMUL AOP ,1-2g/l 純堿，80-90℃凈洗
First and second wash box: Set temp
at 80-90℃; add 1-3g/l NORAMUL AOP,
1.0-2.0g/l soda ash, wash at 80-90℃.
●第三槽 第四槽 60-70℃水洗
Third and forth wash box: Set at
60-70℃.
●第五槽 40-50℃水洗
Fifth wash box: Set at 40-50℃.
●第六槽 于室溫水洗
Sixth wash box: Set at room
temperature.
